    5.1 With Driver Partners Your name, contact details, and order-related information (pickup and drop location) are shared with assigned drivers strictly for order fulfillment purposes.

    5.2 With Service Providers: We engage third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, communication providers, verification agencies) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

    5.3 With Government Authorities: Personal information may be disclosed to regulatory bodies, tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by law or legal process.

    5.4 Internal Access: Data is accessible only to authorized personnel within Zipspeeds for legitimate business functions.

    6. DATA RETENTION

    We retain customer data in accordance with applicable laws:

  • Transaction and financial data are retained for seven (7) years to comply with taxation and financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Order history and communication records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for service quality monitoring.

  • False refund claims.
  • 10.2 Payment reversals or abusive conduct. Zipspeeds reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold payments, or report such activities to the relevant authorities.
