Welcome to Zipspeeds Smart Technology and Transport Logistics Private Limited known as "ZIPSPEEDS", Your trusted Intra-city & Last mile Logistics Partner . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zipspeeds’ delivery services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Zipspeeds.

  • "Service" refers to the on-demand intra-city delivery services provided by Zipspeeds.

  • "Shipment" or "Package" refers to the item(s) being transported through Zipspeeds.

  • "Pickup Location" and "Drop-off Location" refer to the respective locations for package collection and delivery.
  • 2. SERVICE USAGE

    2.1. Eligibility: Our services are available for individuals and businesses. Business of all sizes - whether registered or operating locally - can use our services for deliveries.

    2.2. Booking a Delivery: You can book a delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or any other authorized Zipspeeds platform. It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.

    2.3. Service Availability: Our services are available within operational city limits. Service timings may vary based on demand, traffic, weather, and other factors.

    2.4. Right to Refuse Service: Zipspeeds reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • If the package contains prohibited or illegal items.
  • If the pickup or drop-off location is deemed unsafe.
  • If the customer is abusive or refuses to comply with these Terms.
  • 3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

    3.1. Pricing: Delivery charges are based on distance, weight, urgency, and applicable surcharges. Prices will be displayed before confirming a booking.

    3.2. Payment Methods: Customers may pay using cash, UPI, net banking, or any other payment method approved by Zipspeeds. All payments must be made at the time of booking or upon delivery completion.

    3.3. Cancellation Policy: Zipspeeds reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Before Pickup: Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking. After that, cancellation charges may apply.
  • After Pickup: Once the driver has picked up the package, no cancellations are allowed.
  • 3.4. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the service has been rendered. However, if a delivery is not completed due to Zipspeeds' fault, the refund will be processed based on investigation.

    4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

    4.1. Package Condition & Declaration: Customers must ensure the package is securely packed and does not contain:

  • Illegal, hazardous, or restricted items (drugs, explosives, flammable items, weapons, perishable food, or cash).
  • Fragile items unless properly packed with protective cushioning.
  • 4.2. Correct Address & Contact Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details. Zipspeeds is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

    4.3. Package Inspection: Zipspeeds reserves the right to inspect the package to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    5. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS

    5.1. Delivery Delays: While Zipspeeds aims for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays.

    5.2. Loss or Damage Liability:

  • Zipspeeds will take reasonable care in handling your package but is not liable for damage or loss due to improper packaging or force majeure events.
  • Customers may opt for insurance coverage for valuable shipments.
  • 5.3. Maximum Liability: In case of any proven loss due to Zipspeeds’ negligence, the liability shall not exceed the declared value of the package or the applicable insurance coverage.

    6. PROHIBITED USES

    Customers agree NOT to use Zipspeeds for:

  • Transporting illegal, banned, or restricted goods.
  • Booking services for fraudulent activities.
  • Harassing or threatening driver partners.
  • Zipspeeds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these policies.

    7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    7.1. Customer Complaints: Complaints regarding deliveries must be raised within 24 hours of completion.

    7.2. Resolution Mechanism: Zipspeeds will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

    7.3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

    8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    Zipspeeds reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
