Zipspeeds ("we," "our," "us") operates as an intra-city logistics aggregator connecting businesses and individuals ("Users") with independent delivery partners ("Driver Partners," "you," "your") via our digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy outlines our policies and practices regarding the collection, usage, storage, sharing, and protection of personal data belonging to Driver Partners.

By registering and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

A. Personal Information:

  • Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender
  • Contact Information: Mobile Number, Email Address
  • Identification Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Address Proof, Live Photograph

B. Driving and Vehicle Documentation:

  • Driving License (Front and Back), Expiry Date
  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Vehicle Insurance Document
  • Vehicle Fitness Certificate (if applicable)
  • Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
  • Authorization Letter (if vehicle ownership is not in your name)

C. Financial and Transactional Data:

  • Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, UPI ID
  • Earnings, Commissions, Incentives, Payout Records
  • Payment Transaction History

D. Location and Device Data:

  • Real-Time GPS Location while online and accepting deliveries
  • Device Identifiers, IP Address, App Version, Operating System Information
  • App Usage Data, Crash and Error Logs

E. Communication Data:

  • Customer Ratings, Support Chats, Complaints
  • Call Recordings (where applicable), Feedback Responses

2. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • Compliance with transportation, taxation, and regulatory requirements
  • Matching delivery requests based on real-time location
  • Facilitating navigation, route optimization, and live delivery tracking

    4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

    Personal data is securely stored on servers located within India. Data retention periods are governed by legal and regulatory obligations:

  • Operational data is retained while your account remains active.
  • Upon account closure, non-essential data is deleted; legally mandated data (e.g., financial records) is retained for up to seven (7) years.

    Driver Partners have the following rights:

  • Right to request rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to request account closure and data deletion (subject to legal retention)
  • Right to withdraw consent, noting that services will be deactivated

    Location tracking is operational only when you are logged into the Platform and marked as active for deliveries. We do not track your location when offline.

    We employ robust security measures, including but not limited to:

  • SSL Encryption, Secure Server Architecture
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive documents
  • Access controls, employee confidentiality agreements
  • Regular audits and security assessments

    We actively monitor activities to detect fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to:

  • Fake deliveries, false location spoofing, abuse of incentive systems
  • Misconduct towards customers or misuse of the Platform

    • Violations may result in account suspension, financial withholding, and legal action.

    Zipspeeds is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services linked through our Platform (e.g., payment gateways). You are advised to review their privacy policies separately.

    We may amend this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or registered communication methods. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
